The picture of items that we put on our website (electric, acoustic guitar wood and neck wood)  are the proper picture of items that we sell (if you are not sure about some item that you want to order, ask for high resolution picture). We try to avoid randomly taken photos. If you can’t find something on our site that fits your needs, or see an item that is already sold, feel free to contact us. Our online inventory is only a small fraction of what we stock in our warehouses. It’s likely we can find something that you will be happy with.

Finding What You Want

Use the menu bar at the left of every page to start looking for items on our site which you may wish to purchase. Within each category, there are subcategories that will narrow the number of items you are looking at. The subcategories are based on type of wood of the items.                              You can either use the Quick Search bar located on the top of every page, or use the Advanced search button for a more enhanced search.

Much of our staff are wood workers themselves, and can help you determine if the item you have in mind will be right for your project. And if you’re not sure what you might need for a project, we may be able to point you in the right direction.


In order to exert shopping on our site, it is necessary to be a registered user.

When filling out the registration form, you need to enter your personal information and email address. Registration is done only once and the next time you visit system will automatically recognize the email address entered is and update your other information.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery of goods and possible limitations

Deadline for shipment of purchased items is 7 days from the date of purchase, delivery time depends on the chosen destination (country) ranging from 10 to 30 days from the date of shipment.

There is a limitation on delivery of the product in the weight of individual packages where the maximum weight individual shipment must not exceed 20kg. If the total weight of items purchased exceeds 20 kg, the products are sent as two separate parcels whose shipping charges paid by the customer. Parcel delivery is performed by the state Post of Serbia  JP PTT saobracaja “Srbija“ Post Export,

Large, heavy or over sized orders are delivered personally in most European countries with our delivery truck.


Prices are shown in EUR, USD and RSD without VAT, any import duties are payed by the customer.


Conversion statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency - dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site

Protection of confidential information about the transaction

When typing in the payment card data, confidential information are transmitted by means of public network in the protected (cryptic) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most- up-to-date technology. The security of data when making purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, thus the complete process of collection is performed on the Bank’s site. The data on the payment card are at no moment available to our system, thus "TWOOD" d.o.o shall not be held responsible for their misuse.

Protecting users' privacy

On behalf of "TWOOD" d.o.o we undertake to safeguard the privacy of all our customers. We collect only required, basic data on customers/users and the data needed for operations and informing customers in accordance with good business practice and to provide good quality service. We enable our customers to opt if then want or not to be removed from the mailing list used for the purpose of marketing campaign. All the data on the users/customers are kept strictly confidential and are available only for employees that find these data necessary for operations. All employees are responsible for observing the principles of privacy protection


Complaints can be filed only in the case when - delivered product is damaged or does not match the specification order.

Complaints on the quality of the goods the buyer may be lodged within 7 days of receipt of package.

On the date of purchase is considered the day of delivery of the item-receipt of goods.

The seller is required within 30 days of receipt of returned goods, the buyer replace the same or refund the amount you paid for the goods, provided that the seller states that the goods are returned properly and there are no signs that it is used. Repatriation costs are borne by the customer.

In case of justified complaints, the consumer has the right to request from the seller, replacement product, or to request a refund in the amount of the retail.

Any replacement will be done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer.

NOTE: If the product supplied conforms to the specification and is not damaged, the customer is not entitled to a replacement product or refund.


In the case of returning the goods and refund the buyer who has previously paid some of credit cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, "TWood" doo is obliged to return is only by VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will request the seller to do the refund funds to the account of the cardholder.
